  •  Press the windows keys and open the search bar.

  • Type “MSconfig” and hit enter.

  • Find “General” and select “selective startup”.

  • Click “Load system services” and then select “Hide All Microsoft Services”.

  • Click on “disable all”.

  • Go back to the “windows installer” in the services and select it.

  • Move to the “System configuration” and restart it.

  • Now uninstall and install the QuickBooks again.

  • Type “MSconfig” and hit enter again.

  • Now select “normal startup” and restart again in “System configuration”
